Details about the Naples Boat Cruises Experience
Start Time
Your Cruise starts at the agreed start time and ends at agreed end time. If your late, time will not be added to your cruise. The trip charge will remain the same. Most days of operation have multiple trips and this may effect the next booking. Please don't be shy to ask if extra time is available. We will do our best to be as flexible as possible to make your experience incredible. If there is time you will be charged at the rate of $150/hr for additional time.
Bad Weather
Depending on the time of year, inclement weather can arise in Naples. We understand the weather patterns here, especially in the summer months. We will do our best to advise you of best timing for your cruise. If Captain does cancel the cruise (for any reason) you are entitled to a refund of your deposit or you can transfer it to a booking at a later date and time.
Cancellation Policy
$200 deposit required at the time of booking. Deposit is non-refundable. Your booking will not be complete without deposit and a valid Credit Card on file. There are multiple options for payment including Zelle, Venmo, Cash or Credit Card. Call Captain Jon for options. Payment is Due on the day of the Cruise. 48 hour cancellation from the time of the start of your reserved trip or you will be charged the full amount for the trip. If Captain does cancel the cruise (for any reason) you are entitled to a refund of your deposit or you can transfer it to a booking at a later date and time. If your cruise is extended past the time reserved, you be charged at a rate of $150/hr. Tips are not included but are always appreciated.
